# The Birth of $DTF

In essence, these DTFs were designed to index various crypto assets into a single on-chain portfolio.

During this process, our $DTF concept was born. We secured a permanent 1% allocation within Reserve Protocol's "memecoin DTF" curated by me Memeindexer, ensuring long-term visibility and a solid foundation for growth. That milestone marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter in crypto investing.
